On 4 February, twelve Caludon students travelled to New College, Oxford for their graduation from the Oxford University Scholars Programme.
This programme is intended to encourage students to apply for places at Oxford and Cambridge and gives them the chance to experience life and learning at one of these great institutions.
Over the last few months, students have worked with a university mentor to complete an essay on how Science has helped to shape society over the last 100 years.
Our students did incredibly well and achieved a 100% submission and pass rate.
Special mention goes to Theodore Smith, who managed to achieve a 1st class pass, the only one their mentor had seen this year and an incredible achievement.
