Alliance in Partnership is delighted and proud to be the caterers at Caludon Castle School. Over the past year AIP has worked very closely with the school to not only promote healthy eating policies, but also to improve the quality and value for money to all its customers, and during this time we have introduced a fresh and exciting new image to help and enhance the eating experience.
CASHLESS SYSTEM
Caludon Castle School operates a smart cashless system, the system is controlled by the latest technology and provides a cash free environment within the school. Following parent/carer consent, a biometric finger print is taken and registered in his or her name. Students are able to add to their account with cash using the machines provided in school. You can send in cheques payable to “Alliance in Partnership” and the onsite catering team will ensure this goes onto your account immediately, although we do ask that you try to drop cheques off before 9am. We do inform students at transaction stage when balances are low and offer the facility of printed reports to indicate balance and activity on each account. Should the need arise, spending restrictions can be implemented on parent notification. Most importantly, what the cashless system does offer is to not only plan and manage your child’s budget, but enable you to communicate to us vital dietary and health issues relating to your child.
