SCHOOL TRIP: Year 10 at The Tate Modern

Students ventured down to London to develop their perception of what art can look like and how it can be presented within a gallery. Students were able to see prestigious works by artists such as Roy Lichtenstein, Monet, Yves Klein, Josef Albers and Henri Matisse.

The sun was shining and the inspiration was following, it was amazing to see so many students explore the gallery with such excitement. Students returned with inspiration and ideas which will support them in their development as artists. One student commented on the trip:

Not only is this my first art trip, it is the first trip I have done at Caludon. It was great to see so much famous art work.

As per usual it was a pleasure to accompany students down for the day. Thank you to all involved.
