MFL: Annual Pancake Race

Tuesday 5th March marked the annual MFL Pancake Race. Organised by Mrs. Slack, each year 7 tutor group had to dress as quickly as possible in a striped t shirt, a garlic garland, a beret and a moustache and then run to the end of the sports hall, flip their ‘pancake’ in their frying pan and run back.

The pressure was on then as they had to pass their French costumes to the next person as quickly as possible so that they could do the same. Cue lots of noise and excitement for what turned out to be another fantastic event celebrating both languages and Pancake Day! 7.6 were victorious but a big well done to all of year 7 for being so flipping excellent.
